Help keep the Flying Doctor flying! I’m raising funds so the Royal Flying Doctor Service can respond at a moment’s notice for people living, working, and travelling in remote, rural and regional areas in Australia.
Last year alone, the RFDS reached more than 330,000 Australians with 24-hour emergency retrieval and primary health care. That’s one person every two minutes!
The Flying Doctor is always on call to help and save lives, and that’s why I’m asking you to chip in to and help the RFDS to provide the finest care to the furthest corner.

Why We’re Fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service ❤️
The Royal Flying Doctor Service is a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts.
During one of the hardest periods of my life, while waiting for a liver transplant due to Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC), I needed urgent specialist care in Brisbane. Living rurally meant that getting that care wasn’t as simple as jumping in the car and heading to hospital.
In just 12 months, I relied on the Royal Flying Doctor Service more than 10 times to get me to Brisbane when I needed urgent specialist treatment.
When you’re seriously unwell and hundreds of kilometres away from the specialist care you need, the RFDS is more than a plane. It is a lifeline. They make sure that where you live doesn’t determine whether you can access lifesaving medical care.
I know firsthand just how important this service is to rural and remote families. That’s why we’re fundraising—to give something back to the people and service that were there for me when I needed them most.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps keep the Flying Doctor in the air and gives another rural family the same chance I was given.

Provide a full range of life saving medication such as sedatives, pain relief and antibiotics so the Flying Doctor can be ready for 127 emergency situations.
Send 65 life saving-medical chest to remote communities
Provide one on one counselling to 41 outback Australians during a difficult time
Purchase 27 pieces of equipment that could include ventilators, defibrillators and infusion pumps which are used on board flights
