Why We’re “Buzzing with Triumph” for the RDFS


We’re taking our much-loved 1958 TR3A “Bryon” on the road to the Handorf Concourse, with our mascot Mr Bee riding along, to raise funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

The RFDS is a lifeline for people living in rural and remote parts of Australia. They bring emergency medical help, doctors, and vital care to communities who otherwise couldn’t reach it.

As we drive Byron, we want every mile to count - buzzing with joy, history, and classic Triumph spirit - while helping the Flying Doctors continue their lifesaving work.

Every donation helps keep their planes in the sky and medical teams on the move. Together, with Byron and Mr Bee leading the way, we can make a real difference.

Mr Bee has been so excited along the way to see beautiful flowers and many other insects on the way from very little to large out back wasps 🐝🐝 all have been interesting until they get into your cloths. Ha ha silos have been amazing. Photos to be posted. Sorry about the delays

We are still raising fund and are very grateful for the donations. Please keep supporting we are now out where it is a real life saver and do essential. We are in Marree and it is my birthday today. Tomorrow we fly over Lake Eyrie and can’t wait a lovely life time dream. The car run and concourse was fabulous. It was in Harhdorf. 
We will keep raising money till we finish  our  out back travels. Not met the goal yet but getting there it would be loverly  to reach our goals. The journey. Has been very beesy🐝🐝. Car gone well and Warren done an amazing job keeping Byron in tip top condition and very shiny till today when the dust storm blew upl. All good and please share the post as much as possible. Well we are turning the corner tomorrow and heading towards Canberra to see the family we can’t wait. We have been in Ballarat and wow the gardens were amazing. Catch up with friends and family. Also now in Melbourne with our wonderful having a great time. Mr Bee and Byron have enjoyed the rest. 
So on the 11 th we will shut down the fundraiser but we are so excited that we have had such wonderful support along the way. Please if your able to give still give because it is such a wonderful cause. Thank you one and all for your support and keep checking in to the story and face book. Back on the road tomorrow. Thank you every one that supported me along our journey. We have completed our journey and are home safe and sound. Having had so much fun. We did raise 1338.00 and that was over the goal I set before we let. We are very happy with it all. See you all next time.

My impact

So far, my fundraising could help…

Provide a full range of life saving medication such as sedatives, pain relief and antibiotics so the Flying Doctor can be ready for 40 emergency situations.

Send 20 life saving-medical chest to remote communities

Provide one on one counselling to 13 outback Australians during a difficult time

Purchase 8 pieces of equipment that could include ventilators, defibrillators and infusion pumps which are used on board flights
